Aaron D. Arnette Recently Elected To The Real Property Section Council Of The North Carolina Bar.



Sumrell Sugg, PA is pleased to announce that Aaron D. Arnette was recently elected to the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association for a three-year term where he will serve as co-chair of the Community Associations Committee. Council members regularly address and vote on issues affecting Section members, such as legislative initiatives or items to be considered by the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors. The Council meets quarterly to assist in planning Section events, such as continuing legal education programs or pro bono projects.


Mr. Arnette dedicates a significant portion of his practice representing owners’ associations in condominium, townhome, and single-family communities in addition to commercial/business communities, such as boat slit condominiums, yacht clubs, and other mixed use communities. Mr. Arnette received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Campbell University, as well as his B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
