Sumrell Sugg Attorney Presents On Ethics To Newly-Elected Officials

Sumrell Sugg partner Dave Baxter presented an ethics training to a group of local government officials at the Eastern Carolina Council of Governments in New Bern, N.C.  The 2-hour ethics training is required by state law within 12 months of a public official’s election. The training covers topics like conflicts of interest and state and federal gifting laws.
