The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) publishes a monthly e-newsletter, The Resource, to its members with information and commentary on recent court decisions that affect civil defense attorneys in North Carolina. Sumrell Sugg associate, Trey Ferguson, wrote this month’s featured article in The Resource outlining recent North Carolina court decisions that affect local government attorneys.
