N.C.G.S. 160A-87 requires all local elected officials to attend a two-hour ethics training addressing laws and principles of conflicts of interest and ethical standards of conduct. Dave and Trey provided this statutorily-required ethics presentation to all the town and city officials within Duplin County.
Dave is the appointed County Attorney for Jones, Pamlico, and Lenoir counties and also serves as the Town Attorney for the towns of Riverbend, Pollocksville, Vandemere, and Grantsboro. Trey is the Town Attorney for the town of Bayboro, and routinely assists the towns of Riverbend and Bridgeton in general legal matters.
