In accordance with the new standards announced by Governor Cooper last week, our office facility operations are changing. Effective May 11, in-office client conferences will be allowed for the purposes of signing documents only. All in-office conferences must be scheduled in advance with the responsible attorney or staff member. All other client conferences and interactions with non-staff members will continue to be conducted remotely by phone or video conferencing. In-office signature meetings will take place in the main conference room in the front of the building. Entrance to the building will be limited to only those individuals whose signatures are needed, and all persons entering the building will need to wear a mask (the firm will have disposable masks available for anyone who does not bring their own). Any staff member participating in an in-office signing conference will also wear a mask. The conference room will be cleaned after each use. The lobby/waiting area of the building will remain closed. Our current pick-up and delivery protocols (in-person document pick-up and drop-off station available through parking lot access door) will remain unchanged until further notice.
