Trey Ferguson Named Partner

Sumrell Sugg is pleased to announce that Trey Ferguson has been named a partner with the firm.  Trey is a graduate of NC State University and the Campbell University School of Law.  Managing partner Scott Hart said of the move: “We could not be happier to welcome Trey as a partner in our firm.  In the time he has been with Sumrell Sugg, Trey has proven to be an exceptional lawyer.  We are grateful to have him with us and look forward to many years of practice together.”

Trey’s practice focuses on litigation and municipal representation.  He was also recently elected to the New Bern Board of Aldermen.  Trey and his wife Kelsie, a librarian with the Craven County Schools, have three daughters and live in New Bern.
