Sumrell Sugg partner Dave Baxter recently presented ethics training to a group of local government officials at the Eastern Carolina Council of Governments in New Bern, N.C.
The 2-hour ethics training is required by state law within 12 months of a public official’s election. The training covers topics like conflicts of interest and state and federal gifting laws.
Dave is the duly appointed County attorney for Pamlico and Jones Counties, as well as the Town Attorney for the Towns of River Bend, Pollocksville, Grantsboro and Vandemere.
