Super Lawyers

Scott Hart has been recognized in the 2016 edition of North Carolina Super Lawyers, a major peer recognition honor. This is the sixth consecutive year that Mr. Hart has been recognized in this publication. Mr. Hart focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation defense and general litigation.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Achieving Super Lawyer status is an honor given to no more than 5% of the attorneys in North Carolina. Best Attorneys of America

Arey Grady was named one of the top 100 attorneys in the state of North Carolina and was invited to join the Best Attorneys of America. This honor is a national, invitation-only organization that researches tens of thousands of lawyers across the country and selects the top 100 lawyers in each state to participate. This honor is given by the Best Law Firms of America.

Legal Elite

Jimmie Hicks has received a designation of “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina magazine for the third year in a row. This publication creates a listing of the state’s top lawyers in business-related categories annually. Winners are chosen by attorneys throughout the state. Ballots are sent to every attorney registered with the North Carolina State Bar, the votes are counted, and the list is published each January for the coming year. Mr. Hicks received the designation for the “Business” category.
