Attorney Frederick Bailey Recently Certified as a Mediator

New Bern, North Carolina – November 5, 2015 –Attorney Frederick Bailey was recently certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediations for civil superior court cases. The Dispute Resolution Commission was established in October of 1995 to promote compromise as a potential alternative to unnecessary and costly litigation. One of the most difficult and stressful things about litigation is that inevitably you entrust your fate to strangers. The mediation process allows the parties to maintain a higher level of control over the dispute process and can result in an outcome that all parties have agreed to as opposed to a jury trial.
