New Bern, North Carolina – November 5, 2015 –Attorney Frederick Bailey was recently certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediations for civil superior court cases. The Dispute Resolution Commission was established in October of 1995 to promote compromise as a potential alternative to unnecessary and costly litigation.
