When a staffing need arises, Sumrell Sugg participates in recruiting efforts including on-campus interviews at in-state law schools, legal job fairs and online posting forums in search of qualified third-year law student candidates. We welcome inquiries from second-year and third-year students at any time. As part of the consideration process, callback interviews are extended to select applicants to come to New Bern to visit the firm and meet all of the attorneys.
